About GosNIIOkhT

For over 90 years GosNIIOKhT has worked in basic organic chemistry synthesis. Several of the largest Russian chemical centers were created based on GosNIIOKhT technologies, such as ones in Volgograd, Dzerzhinsk and Novocheboksarsk.

Areas of research

Three-phase development
  1. First phase (1-2 years)
    • Completion of development of QA/QC system and introduction of GLP and GMP standards at all stages of drug development and production;
    • Acquisition of second ampoule production line to provide stability of production;
    • Development of integrated center on drug discovery and development;
  2. Second phase (2-4 years)
    • Development of technologies and production of existing western drugs
    • Involving GITOS affiliation into production of substances and dosage forms;
    • Creation of bank of potential drugs and capability for drug scrinning;
    • Getting not less than 25% share of the market of strong analgetics;
  3. Third phase (6-10 years)
    • Production of existing western drugs (not less than 30 drugs);
    • Production of newly developed drugs (1-2 drugs);
    • Getting a status of regional center on scrinning and preclinical testing of drugs;
    • Getting not less than 60% share of the market of strong analgetics;
    • Stable share on the market of general drugs.
