Types of research

Research is carried out on different laboratory animals (the mice, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs) using various means of administration: per os, all parenteral, contact, inhalation and other.

The institute is divided into nine laboratory divisions.

General areas of interest: drug development, screening and discovery and toxicology testing, analytical researches.

Experience with the western companies: 1998-2000 Novelos (USA)
Experimental preclinical Study of general toxic, specific toxic effects, specific pharmacological effects and pharmacokinetics of Glutoxim.

Future plans: vivarium renovation, modernization of laboratory capacities, and GLP certification through the BioIndustry Initiative .

Needs: Modern equipment for carrying out preclinical physiological, biochemical, pathomorphic and analytical researches.
