International Science and Technology Center (ISTC)
The ISTC is a multilateral nonproliferation organization based in Moscow. It was established in 1992 through intergovernmental agreement among the Russian Federation, European Union, the United States and Japan. The Center coordinates the efforts of numerous governments, international organizations, and private companies to provide weapons scientists from Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries with opportunities to redirect their talents to peaceful science.
